Needs to have a fenced environment and would benefit from obedience training.
Kimberly is a breeder relinquishment. She came to GRIN with pyometra which is a serious uterine infection that’s taken care of during the spay – which has been done. Kimberly was quickly moved to a temporary foster as she was terrified by all the noise at our vet partner’s hospital. She has been moved to a permanent foster home and gets along well with the resident dog. She has taken to her dog – progress! – and is slowly relaxing.
Foster Update: 5/4/21
This is beautiful Kimberly. She is very sweet and loving, but also very fearful after her life as a mill dog. She adores the resident golden in her foster home. Kimberly needs a quiet household with another dog. She prefers women over men. Young children might be too much of a challenge for her as she is afraid of loud noise & quick movements. The phrase "working hard to be brave" defines this girl right now. Kimberly will love someone completely!
