6th Annual I Scream Social - Now a virtual event on FB

GRIN’s 6^th Annual I Scream Social

Held Virtually on Sunday July 12^th

12PM – 3 PM

This year, the 6^th Annual  I Scream Social is to benefit Cadie.  Cadie is a beautiful English Cream Golden puppy who came to GRIN at 9 months old from a puppy mill.  She has genetic defects in addition to major orthopedic issues, which keep her from walking normally. With your most generous support, we are able to have the surgery that is about 4-5 hours long and will cost around $8,000.  Please support Cadie in a major way so this young Golden will be able to walk.  That is what GRIN is all about.  We are so grateful for our members and friends support of our efforts. 

We are having a contest for our I Scream Social this year.  You can win a $25 pet store gift card by registering for a $10 per photo donation and have bragging rights too!   Yes, make your pooch or family win a title from being the most liked in one of three categories:  1) Dog(s) eating ice cream; 2) Aqua “shot” which is any water related photo of your pooch in the pool, stream, sprinkler to name a few ideas 3) A summer family photo.  By entering and sharing with your FB friends, the chances of a big win increase.  Get creative; add a sign or props.  The sky is the limit.  After our event ends, the winners will be posted for the entire world to see and you will win a $25 pet store gift card too!

To enter, all you need to do is register for your $10 donation to benefit GRIN.  Then take your photo, chose your entry category (Dogs eating ice cream; Aqua “shot” or Summer Family Photo)  put it in your subject line along with your first and last name.  List the first names of all in the photo (dogs and humans and send it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. no later than 5 PM on Saturday, July 11^th.  We will only post your first name for privacy considerations.

We also are seeking sponsors for our event.  We will have a page for each sponsorship category to acknowledge your most generous donation.  Our categories are:

$250       Ice Cream Truck (Includes 2 registrations and 4 photos)

$100       Banana Split (Includes 1 registration and 2 photos)

$100       Doggie Ice Cream (Includes 1 registration and 2 photos)

$50         Double Dip (Includes 1 registration and photo)

$25         Single Dip

$15         Twist Cone

$10         Small Cup

$10         Sprinkles
